I can't even sign up for a trial account because I live in the Cayman Islands.
Microsoft sucks. I am a Canadian. I live in the Cayman Islands. My Microsoft Account has it's region bound to Canada. My credit cards are in the Cayman Islands. I can't change my billing address. The trial page will only accept Canadian credit cards. I called a bunch of different Microsoft departments and have been given the run around non stop. Everyone just keeps passing the buck and no one knows what is going on. Good job on blocking out an entire country.

We are adding more countries as we can, but in the meantime if you wish to use the service in an unsupported country, you’ll need to use one of several third party providers which front the Azure Subscriptions for organizations in unsupported countries. Just keep in mind that those providers are not MSFT so perform due-diligence to make sure any vendor you select is reputable.

Link For a Billing Proposal Screen
The idea is to get an Billing proposal screen on dashboard to get the Price quote For the resources we are going to use .
For EX: currently azure cost displayed when we go to add the resource like a VM or a sql server or create a site . we don't have any option to know what will tell what will be monthly billing if i go for a VM/SQL server/App pool/ site all along . i have to calculate manually to get a total cost .

The Azure Open subscription seems to be very limited in the use of PaaS services. It isn't possible to provision a mySQL service, or Drupal. This blocks me from using Azure.

Transfer subscription ownership while keeping the settings of service admin and co-admins
When we transfer subscription ownership between Microsoft accounts, the settings of service admin and co-admin(s) in the source subscription are reset. Especially, if the source subscription has multiple co-admins, it takes a lot of effort to recover them. So, we want to perform it while keeping them.

Make it easier/more intuitive to delete a free trial.
I don't appreciate you forcing me to look at a disabled free trial, instead of allowing me to delete it. Your efforts to induce me to convert it to a paid account are obvious and irritating. Just delete it, or allow the user to delete it.

Need to be able to track spend better than we can at the moment.
We cannot track spend on the portal in real time. Have to use power BI which is an issue.

Ensure the Usage and Billing reports use only ONE name to refer to a datacenter e.g. Australia East
Currently the usage and billing reports refer to the Australia East datacenter as Australia East, aueast, and AU East depending on which resource is deployed.
This is frustrating when trying to report and use tools like the PowerBI link for billing - the usage and billing report MUST be reliable and consistent and basic things like consistent names for datacenters should just happen, even if usage/billing needs to run some extra step to adjust the report before it gets to the customer.

Allow DPO, AP as a valid address when inputing credit card info.
upon creating the account the system doesn't think my address is correct even though it is.

When Microsoft send me email about for example billing, please include the admin account or domain in every email.
Senario:
I get email notifications from Azure without the admin account (like they do in Office 365 (admin@site.onmicrosoft.com). I have now 14 different Azure instances that I mange and it is impossible to know which instance its about.Solution: Add information like Office 365 to every email you send:

The consumed quantity column total in the usage csv file in the upper section which includes the rate is different than the same column in the detail table below it

Clear warnings before being charged
Today I decided to see what Azure is all about.
I sign in with my Microsoft account and give a credit card number for verification purposes to start my free trial.
I am just trying to familiarize myself with the interface and play around with it ... so I start a web app (a WordPress website) and it goes ahead and provisions me a new site (in East Asia) mind you. I had no options to pick my server location and no options to apply my free trial.
So my website gets done provisioning, and I get an email notification.…

What can I do with DreamSpark without "upgrading"?
I cannot create VMs, I get prompted to "Upgrade".
1 voteThe DreamSpark subscription currently allows creation of limited services. VMs is not a service that is currently available. You can upgrade to a free trial to be able to create VMs.

Make payment easy!
Payment should be made easier. I always have IMENSE trouble getting payment to work on microsoft services. It's too convoluted, confusing!!!!!

Don`t sneakily bill me
I was billed 59.65 three times (178$) for a clear DB service I unknowingly provisioned and was not refunded my money. Make it clear when you are soliciting paid services when exploring azure on a free trial account.
11 votesThe Azure free trial credits can be used for services published by Microsoft, but non-Microsoft services are not covered. We apologize that this information was not clear in the portal.

Make it accept my credit card
When I try to sign up all I get is "We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution." Please fix this.
