  1. Prepaid card has been debited even though it is not supported

    My Prepaid card has been debited even though they are not supported. So I'm not able to complete my subscription but still I was debited; Please give my money back

  2. Can not complete the sign up process for Azure

    I cannot complete the sign up process.The select element for the region or country does not work.Neither does the next button

  3. unable to manage payment methods

    Received notification that subscription payment methods can be managed via Azure portal. When I attempt to do so, the first message that I get is "Failed to retrieve billing information. Please try again later." If I try to add a payment method I get "Session for managing payment method expired. Please sign out and sign in to retry." Signing out/in does not fix the problem.

  4. Make it accept my credit card

    When I try to sign up all I get is "We can't authorize the payment method. Please make sure the information is correct, or use another payment method. If you continue to get this message, please contact your financial institution." Please fix this.

    SERIOUSLY I CANT ACTIVATE MY PAY AS YOU GO SUBSCRIPTION AND IT SAYS YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN AZURE SUBSCRIPTON SERIOUSLY!!!!????
    t: I already contact the bank and its say its valid and i still cant access this FINE WHATEVER CONSIDERED THIS IS A SCAM!!   6. Improve signup error handling

    Am stuck at the screen for entering a valid credit card. The interface simply doesn't move forward from that point inspite of several attempts. Atleast let the user know what the problem is. See attached snapshot. Will have to move to another vendor.

  7. Multiple Billing Accounts is a must have

    We have multiple legal entities in our own group and we are administrating different external companies as well. Today it's not possible to have one account (organizational or Microsoft) with different billing accounts behind. That's a bug towards tax purposes and it's total nonsense to create multiple org or Microsoft accounts.

  8. Tab Indexes are broken on the Free Sign-up Billing Page.

    When I press Tab, the expected behavior would be to go to the next box, but it goes to a random one on the page. This seems like it would be an easy fix. Please resolve!

  9. Please fix bug when buying an Azure Support Plan

    We have found that if you login with an Admin account that is not the original person that created the subscription, and you click through Help + Support, Support Plans and purchase a plan, it applies that support plan to your personal account and not the company subscription that you were logged into from the portal.

    I talked with support and they had to refund it and asked that we try it again with the original person that created the subscription. This is definitely a bug, as it should tie it directly to the subscription that you clicked through to…

  10. Agradecia que se adicionasse Moçambique (+258) para o registo da conta Azure

    Em Moçambique ha muitos desenvolvidores de aplicações para a plataforma windows e alguns deles querem apostar na cloud, porém existem poucos provedores de serviços da cloud para a plataforma Windows. Dai a necessidade de ter Azure para Moçambique.

    30 Tage kostenlos vor dem Rechner sitzen. Testen ist aber leider nicht möglich.
    Aber ab da wo es Geld kostet wird es ja sicher funktionieren.

    It waste my time, Microsoft should let me know earlier. and I have some concerns about my Credit card information.

  17. Bug report

    in registering form for free trail , after entering all the information of myself and credit card which I am 100% sure of its validity for more than seven times and every time checked the data to make sure it is entered correct , but it will not allow me to go ahead after I hit the NEXT button. it gives me error 30225. I even called Microsoft and they could not help.

    Your VAT ID field fails to accept valid UK VAT IDs, and instead returns the bug "Please enter a valid VAT ID". UK VAT IDs are 9 numbers.

    Our company VAT ID is 141395325 for troubleshooting.

    We cannot sign up to this service until it accepts a VAT ID, nor can we recommend it to any of our clients until this is fixed.
