email invoices
Since you don't have a separate role to access invoices without providing privileges to mess up the rest of the system, I suggest you let us define an email address to send invoices to. I need to send invoices to our accounting department. I don't want to provide them access to Azure where they could shut off services accidentally. This would violate my security commitments to our corporate customers.

Here are detailed instructions on how to access this feature.

Can you change the name of the invoice attachment from yyyyMM.pdf to $invoiceNumber.pdf. This makes it much easier for your tools like Flow to process and route correctly, when one has multiple subscriptions. Yes, I know I could set up individual email addresses for each subscription, but why! Just put a little thought into what you are doing please.
Allow the amalgamation of ALL MS cloud products (in my tenant) into a single invoice / bill with a single bank transaction. Now there's an idea!!!

I have cancelled this service due to an unexpected and drastic hike in charges, which are currently and totally unexplained!
I have also instructed my bank to refuse any further charges, from this service, which are issued against my credit card.
I would also appreciate it if you would cancel all credit card details that I have submitted to this service.
Regards!

How can we trust Microsoft services like Flow and another automation service where we cant have support plan to be sent as an email . each month I have to go to my subscription download the invoice and send it.

Dear Microsoft,
Please come up with a solid solution that allows all Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft Subscription Invoices to be e-mailed, with the option to select specific/limit the recipients (not all Global Admins need to receive it) and the option to add a custom e-mail addres (e.g. a Shared Mailbox) like accounts@company.com.
What's been created so far is a start (after 4 years), but this needs improvement.

Hello Adam,
why this was marked as "COMPLETED"!?
We have two subscriptions in Azure with one of them being a "Developer Support" subscription and i still DO NOT see any way to get an invoice via e-mail for this subscription which the Azure support just confirmed!
That's absolutely unbelievable!
It does not help AT ALL that accounting gets the invoice via e-mail for the other subscription as I still have to personally login each month to download the second invoice!
So again:
Why this is marked as "COMPLETED" as it is obviously not completed till now?Best regards

A step in the right direction, but this doesn't apply to all subscriptions - for example, my Developer Support subscription isn't listed.
The absence of this completed feature is pretty laughable now, this is a fundamental part of online services!

this idea is listed as completed. it's not. half a job has been completed. without being applicable to all subscriptions the problem is still there,

I am getting error messages of 'failed to save - Your updated recipient settings were not saved because there was a problem. We are looking into this, please try again later'
I am also getting error messages 'To manage your subscription in the Azure portal, have yourself added as a Subscription Owner', when I am the subscription owner.
I am also getting error messages 'You have not created any subscriptions yet' in the new portal, and yet I can see them in the old portal.
I can't log support incidents online for some of these issues. I attempted to log via phone, but got the message 'The party did not answer - Goodbye'.
The Azure platform seems very flaky and the support non-existent.

It would be nice if this was available for support subscriptions as well.

This only works on a standard subscription. if you pay for support or anything else you still have to login to get invoices. Azure support have informed me there is no ETA. The wait continues.

Great, thanks!
How do I set this up for a Developer Support subscription? It doesn't show up in the portal.azure.com list of subscriptions and I don't see the Send By Email option within account.windowsazure.com.

I also cannot see this option, though the steps Sam noted do seem to be correct, the option is grayed out. I am a subscription admin but cannot use this functionality. Is there / will there be some documentation around this feature?
