Integrated Certificate Service
Buying, managing and configuring Certificates is a hassle. It would be great if you could cut a Certificate from the Azure Certificate service directly.
Optionally have it adjust your configuration to make the proper changes for it's use.

It looks like this is completed, but the pricing is terrible. In 2016 you can get certificates for free through Let's Encrypt or AWS, charging potentially hundreds of dollars a year for one issued by GoDaddy is not competitive.

Should be able to get a trusted certificate without the hassle, directly through Microsoft or a partner.
I just installed Azure AD and need Digital Certificates for Outlook email. In searching for info, this is the first discussion I have come across, so here is a question: instead of going to an outside CA to buy Digital Certificates for encrypted emails, can we install something like the Microsoft IIS 7.0 to create our Digital Certificates for use in this AD and Outlook?

This should also be aligned with Azure Active Directory

The ability to create our own root CA and have it automatically be installed on all VMs (a la AD CS), issue intermediate CAs and certificates, would be awesome.

Wildcard if possible.
I totally agree. Having to go find a third-party CA, figure out which type cert to get and then try to get it uploaded into Azure is a huge pain. In fact it's a brick wall for some site creators. Being able to create a certificate right from the portal would really help streamline the process and would increase security since it would cut down on mistakes that happen with today's complicated process.
