Disable or raise limit for paid SendGrid accounts
Allow users to create more than two paid SendGrid accounts.
Depending on your architecture layout you may want to set up single small SendGrid accounts per application and this is currently not possible as there's a hard limit set to two accounts, no matter if these are paid or free ones.
I'd suggest that you completely disable or at least raise the existing limit for paid SendGrid accounts.
For free accounts this limit totally makes sense but I can't understand why you set the same limit for paid resources here.

Seconded. Not sure why there is limit on the Paid subs.

Bumping into this problem at the moment. Having three environments in a subscription (test, staging and production) and I can't create separate sendgrid accounts for the environments.
