I'm not sure why, but Microsoft requires me to have three different accounts. I'm required to use my 'Personal' business account to login into Azure. I'm actually able to login in about 50% of the time. Same with publishing from VS. Constant login issues. Usually the only way to login is to try doing it 50 times and hoping it just works once.
