User-Friendly for those NOT Technologically Astute needs revamp.
Microsoft apparently uses very confusing 'how-to instructions' to try and force me to ‘fix’ any problem I encounter. And when not exactly and specifically understood, I still give those instructions a try anyway, and because I’m NOT technically astute enough for microsoft, the 'machine' locks me out of my normal computiverse ... it's as if I'm being punished for something ... I have no clue what ... I know nothing about.
If you can't see your way to enabling the Assure Technical Support (which I paid $99 on 09.09.2020); then you do not have credibility ... respect is part of reciprocity. And, then please refund the $168 (Assure + $69 paid for ‘Windows-365) I've paid into your company and I'll be more than happy to remove myself from everything microsoft everywhere. I live by the military code of honor; I’ve never made even one (1) commitment I did not intend to honor.
It is apparent you are not so inclined. Nevertheless, I do expect a response to (423) 790-0756 because I can't pay Bills, order Prescription Refills, access eMails, participate in Family Interactions, etc., thanks to your confusing rhetoric disguised as page after page after page of ... ahem ... ‘NOT helpful’ repetitively confusing methods that have kept me locked out of the Computiverse I’ve been moved toward using across time.
And you have a real nice day, too. Margaret Hutchinson completely locked out of firstname.lastname@example.org, etc., etc., ad nausea ... .
