Regular expression as banned password
I want to restrict to use specific characters as password, not only banned keywords.
Because some language's keyboard have difficulty on inputting special characters like single quotation or '|' and so on. So I want to use regex as banned password on Azure AD Password Protection for Windows Server Active Directory to prevent using such characters on password.

Related to this, it would be useful to allow banning of three-character strings instead of the current lower limit of four characters. Three characters is the sweet spot for organizational (and other, think AAD) abbreviations. One of my tenants is Juvenile Law Center; I'd ban "JLC" if I could. It could also be useful to be able to ban the current year's string via a function or variable: JLC2018! is a very weak password for us.
It would be very helpful if we were able to block certain characters and not only words.
