Improve the experience of creating and managing Azure AD B2B security groups of guest users
We created a security group of 200+ external users across 80+ vendors.
Please create the ability to easily manage the membership of a security group in Azure portal. For example, we cannot currently sort the list of members by name. Also, to drill into a member's profile, it takes two clicks when it should only require one click.
Please create the ability to track responses to invitations within a group. After multiple rounds of mass invitations via PowerShell, 80 users responded to the invitation, but 120 people have not and they likely cannot find the email. We need the ability to re-send mass invitations in Azure portal to those in the security group who have not redeemed the invitations and created Azure accounts. It would also be great to schedule daily (?) invitations to users in the security group who have not yet created an Azure AD account. Then, users who respond and create accounts would automatically be dropped off the list for re-sending invitations.
I'd appreciate a way to quickly visualize responses to a mass invitation over time, along with the dates that invitations were sent.
I pre-defined the user naming convention for our guest users (VendorNameVendorNumberEmailHandle); this allows easier consumption of Power BI report audit logs. However, when guest users redeem their invitations for the first time, they have the ability to edit that name field -- and it makes it very difficult to interpret Power BI audit logs. Is it possible to control whether guest users can edit the 'Name' field in their Azure AD profile?
Also, in the event that we want to change the naming convention for users in a security group, it would be GREAT to be able to accomplish that via PowerShell.
