Enter time of day as a condition for conditional access.
Using PTA with AAD Connect you can set the logon hours for your employees. It can be a workarround while wait for a conditional access solution.
This question has been done 2 years ago and nothing so far, do you guys have any response from Microsoft about that?

We have several customers with hourly employees that need to have access to email limited to certain working hours of the day. This would seem to be a perfect situation for Azure AD P1 Conditional Access. The condition would ideally be configurable to both specific days and hours and also apply to applications in addition to O365 email.

This is very, very, very important for us and our customers. Just think about it: The systems would be much more sercured if you know that if some security problem occurs you are confident that at least you are awake !
Very important to mitigate labor laws in my country

It would be nice to be able to set a time period for a conditional access rule so we can set exclusions for people that travel. This would allow for advanced planning and allow the rule to expire when done with.

We have had customers ask for this recently. They would like to replicate the "Logon Hours" feature in Active Directory using Azure conditional access.
A time based condition to only allow access to sensitive cloud apps during the specified hours would be really useful for them.
Allow/Deny the access to cloud resources through conditional access in a defined timeslot.
In some areas its mandatory to deny access to email during non-office hours. Conditional access should add this capabilities.
