The seamless SSO feature we have enabled through AAD Sync does not work with Windows 10 and Edge browser. Can this be fixed? It only works in IE and Chrome. Thank you.
To achieve SSO with Edge Chromium you need version 77 or above:

Microsoft should just remove the ridiculous UserAgent check they are doing. Everything works if you use the correct User Agent.

Does anyone know whether the new Edge based on chromium will now support Azure AD seamless SSO?
Any news on this? How can this be that Google Chrome, FireFox and IE support SSO, but Edge not? Aren't we supposed to migrate all users to use Edge? Microsoft please fix this asap.
Agree, Edge needs to support Seamless SSO. We are rolling out Windows 10 and this is one of the reasons we are making IE the default instead of Edge until issue is resolved.
Note for original post: Seamless SSO does work in FireFox but you need to create GPO to automate changing the network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris preference in about:config to the https://autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com site. I find it absolutely bizarre that Edge, Microsoft’s main browser in Windows 10, can’t support this, but other browsers do work with it. Hard to push Edge as a browser when other browsers can do SSO and Edge can’t.
