Allow the "Forgot my password" link to be removed from the Sign-In page (for tiers that do not support it)
The basic AAD tier does not allow the passwords to be reset through the "forgot my password" function.
However, the sign-in page still provides a "Forgot my password" link. If users follow that link and go through the process they are shown the following message:
"You cannot reset your password at this time because your administrator has not configured password reset for your organization"
However, password reset cannot be configured for the subscribed tier.
It would be preferable to avoid the user going through the reset process in this case.
Thank you for your feedback! We understand how important this is for customers and are looking into implementing it.

Well, after 3 years nothing has changed.
So clearly you don't understand how important this is for customers ;-)
We are also desperately looking to remove the 'Forgot my Password' link. Please enable it be removed.

We really need this implemented as we do not write back passwords and it is VERY confusing to our users when they forget their password. PLEASE look at implementing this ASAP.

I too opt for a customizable link to "forgot my password" to be able to point it to our on premises IDM environment as we don't want to enable password sync.

In response to Alex Kelly:
I'd prefer both options: the ability to change the underlying URL or completely remove this link seems like it would not be the biggest change on the Azure IDP.
It's a shame the last feedback dates from april 2018 and the features are still not implemented. I requested more customization options in the Company Branding, to be more in line with the B2C options. I feel the lack of customization is hindering the adoption of Azure AD, when that's absolutely not necessary.

This BUG, and other ones that gives the user hints that password can be reset or changed on line, even when that isn't the case is becoming more critical as users are trying this and then contacting our internal support when it doesn't work. How hard can it be to remove this?
How is this not implemented?
We really need this feature. Many companies and universities use other identity management solutions for password reset. We need this feature to enable Azure AD SSO.

If we can't get the link removed, it would be nice to be able to customize it. we use an third party password reset tool, and would like to be able to replace your link with ours.
