Yes, the Lithnet modules are great, but there really needs to be an officially supported option. MS will not offer assistance on those.

It would be nice if their was PowerShell to Export and Import the Sync Engine Configuration. The ability to skip Connectors(MAs) is nice, but it would be useful to skip credentials and OU structures. It would also be nice to be able to edit the GUID on the Connectors (MAs) where they don't match across environments so the Import/Export configuration can be used. Or allow it to match the connectors on Display Name instead of the GUID.
RYan's Lithnet modules are doing a job: https://github.com/lithnet/resourcemanagement-powershell - there is no need for inventing something which was done. Better to support these modules - they are brilliant, used by people out there and really powerful.
