Fully customizable verification emails
Currently, Azure AD B2C sends verification codes via emails to end users during sign-up and password reset flows. These emails have limited customization. Add support for full customization of the email body & content.
We continue evaluating several alternatives to provide full email customization. We are actively working on an alternative.
Unfortunately we do no yet have an ETA.
Clicking on "Verify code" button without adding a verification code in "Forgot my password" page shows wrong error message saying "We are having trouble verifying your email address. Please enter a valid email address and try again."
please bring this feature as soon as possible
This should be base functionality and it should be available now.
For Azure to provide this service to its customers (Companies), and charge money for it, it should allow for a fully customisable experience (UX). We (your customers and our customers) trust this facility for authentication, and MS are essentially providing a white labelled authentication mechanism.
Our Customers don't want, or need to know about your role in our architecture, and their relationship is ultimately with us and not MS. As it currently stands, our customers can experience trust issues with this service without this base UI/UX functionality.
Please make this happen, and happen soon!

We just had rolled out our B2C integration, and even with the custom branding aspect of the password reset emails, our users were still hesitant to trust it.
Need to be able to change the "From: email address" to our company email address.

The full customization and localization of the verification email is essential for a smooth registration process.

Hi, In B2C login, the password reset comes with "microsoft" in it which is something if removed would be great. Instead it should be <companyname>

Wow - how is this not a thing already! Surely in a worlds where we are constantly being warned about spam messages and messages that do not look authentic - how can these not be customisable?

This is very important to our clients as their customers don't know if they can trust the system when they get an unbranded email in their authentication flow.

I'm hoping to use this in a multitenant ecommerce scenario where my customers (the tenants) will bring their own domain and branding. I need to dynamically request *both* from AADB2C.
FAQ says it is not possible, Real Madrid proves it can be done. Outdated FAQ? Anyways, that should be a default feature as we need customers to trust the e-mails we send. Customers do not understand @onmicrosoft.com; they will most likely consider it to be a fake e-mail and delete it.
Our users struggle to recognize the email verification because we can not customize it to help them identify it better.
Not having French language available has made us stop considering this solution for our professionnal app... sadly...

I see a real limit the impossibility to customize email and in general the few customization available in the login page, mainly the impossibility to have more languages available

need this too, as we can't go live with self service sign up otherwise
