Fully customizable verification emails
Currently, Azure AD B2C sends verification codes via emails to end users during sign-up and password reset flows. These emails have limited customization. Add support for full customization of the email body & content.
We continue evaluating several alternatives to provide full email customization. We are actively working on an alternative.
Unfortunately we do no yet have an ETA.

What we have now is just really unacceptable. It's just ugly as sin. It doesn't look like a warning to be careful and not click a phishing email; it looks like a phishing email.
I've investigated a couple alternative flows, but it seems like this is the only way to give users a link that will result in them setting up a microsoft account if their email address isn't associated with Azure AD, which is at least half our customer base.
If there was a way for me to generate the acceptance url, I could use a third party email service. OR if on the first time an invited user went directly to my application's login page they were offered a chance to create a microsoft account, that would work too.
Can anyone from Azure team provide an example to customize e-mails for user password reset for all possible options (HTTP-based email provider)? I feel you guys should have made this much easier rather than send Microsoft branded emails to users bypassing client branding.
There is minimal documentation and its frustrating to know that e-mail message customization is complex after implementing Azure B2C for our business. I think it would be nice if you can state all limitations of the service upfront so that customers know what they are getting into.
The biggest thing I dislike with these emails is that they are sent using a Microsoft email address, and the subject is "Microsoft on behalf of <our company name>".
Seriously, our customers don't care who our authentication provider is, and our company's branding should be more prominent than Microsoft's (which frankly, I don't agree belongs at all in our customer-facing emails).
The "from" email address and subject line should be fully configurable, along with the content.

Mark, you can combine that public preview with this to provide a clickable link/magic link.
This partially came out a few days ago in public preview - it'd be nice if they updated the feedback portal: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/custom-email
Note: Still no way to use a clickable link in the email instead of the verification code.
Where you provide fully customizable verification email? Please let me know
Any Update ?

Modifying AD name and company branding logos doesn't work.
* AD name is reverted after "Successfully updated directory properties" message is displayed
* Uploading new images to company branding looks successful, but verification emails still contain the old image.
This is an embarrassment for us.

Any update? I could not get minimal customization with company branding options. I've change logos/color but this not affect the verification mail.

This request is about 3 years old - any updates so far?
In the meantime the validity of the email verification code was reduced dramatically from 45 to 5 minutes - an option for customization on this is essential for us, too!

As stated before in the comments, we need to customize the verification emails since this is affecting the first impression users will have when using our app. We need to have proper branding and localization support, and also be able to control appearance and tone of voice in the email.

I have a big global customer who wants to implement global SSO and identity management for partners and this is a crucial requirement, and as this is not available yet and even have an ETA, they are willing to use another solution.

Any updates? Sendgrid integration by chance?

The email sends out a numeric code to the user. Its not mobile friendly. They have to go to the email copy and return to the mobile app and paste it. It should just be a hyperlink or both (if you like your codes so much). It just looks like someone at Microsoft tried to re-purpose the two factor verification to verify emails.

Any update that you can share please...
We are forced to customize the content but unfortunately couldn't.
any update ?

We really really need this, current e-mails are not professional enough for us
The email verification process is killing us. Please give us something better!
Is there any further updates on this?
