Add support for phone- and email-based passwordless authentication - using OTPs (one time passwords).
This is a scenario we are looking to support in the future however, it is not on our immediate roadmap for the next 6 months. Please continue voting and we will evaluate at a later date.

I've just used passwordless auth by https://magic.link/ to vote for passwordless auth with Azure. Hmm.

Has been added fortunately! https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory-b2c/phone-authentication
Is this in your roadmap for the next 6 months now? We need the feature and will use Auth0 if it's not supported.
This functionality is a requirement for our current project

This is needed in our company

Any update if the functionality will be supported? If so, any timelines will be great.

I need it too. my company considering to choose which IdP Azure AD or Auth0 now.
Auth0 is capable of passwordless flow(email, SMS and Touch ID). that is important capability for customer experience.
Remove active dirdctory strong dependency on Password to release token for windows desktop; with saml or oauth token it should open desktop session ; give credential provider the needed options and power to do password alternative logins

An example usecase would be to use iPhones fingerprint "Touch ID" authentication instead of a password.
