U2F HID Multi factor authentication (YubiKeys)
Hi, We have option for multi factor authentication in B2C using phone. Is there any future plans to implement this for U2F HID e.g. YubiKes?

One accound should be able to register at least two FIDO2/U2F security tokens (one backup in case the main one is lost, broken, stolen).

TOTP doesn't provide the same level of protection as U2F. It's disappointing that this was announced, but ends up being no more secure than other options, with a worse user experience than push notifications.
would be great to have this

Google and AWS both support this.

I'd really like this as an option for a second factor in MFA.

Would LOVE this. We use YubiKey for a lot of other services and i would love to roll this out for all our users to access Azure & Office 365.

BYOMFA as part of product enhancement in near future could be the solution.
Bill, no plans in the immediate future for this. We're currently prioritizing other items that have higher demand.

It's a little disconcerting that this is still out there as an open issue. The question was specifically abround U2F yet the response was OAUTH. Are there plans for full U2F support (NOT TOTP) in the immediate future?
Hi, could you share more details of this preview?
