  5. Terms of Use Permissions

Today the least privilege role to manage Terms of Use for applications is Conditional Access Administrator. This seems a bit harsh given how important the CAA role is. I think it makes sense if you're doing tenant-wide Terms of Use policies, but we have needs to implement for specific applications. It would be nice to have a 'Terms of Use Administrator' role or allow/offload the management of Terms of Use feature for a specific application at the Enterprise Application level.

  8. Increase the maximum number for Term Of Use Documents we can create

We are a multi branded organization in a tri-lingual country. We are required by law to give all legal and formal document in the language of the user. For simplicity all our workstations are installed in English. Therefore we can not use the current system of multiple language versions for Term Of Use documents: the user gets the default document because the system sees its in English. We worked around this by making different access rules based on group membership and are capable to present the correct language to the user in this way. However since we have a lot…

  12. Repair automatically Flow connections after accepting Terms of Use

When applying Conditional Access policies, after the users accept the Terms of Use, Flow connections (like SharePoint, Yammer, ... ) are broken and the flows are no longer working. We need to repair it all manually.

We would like these connections to be repaired automatically after the Terms of Use are accepted by the users.

  13. Improve administrator prompting for AAD CA Terms of use- accept on all devices

I believe it should be made a little more clear that when you select the new AAD CA terms of service option, "require users to consent on all devices," requires that all devices be managed in the domain. I actually opened a case on this feature and even the AAD premier techs were not aware that this new feature required devices to be managed and compliant in intune. Also, the "what-if" should take this into consideration and list that devices won't be able to accept the terms of use if they are not managed in the domain.

  16. Terms of use - Policies on SharePoint Site Level

We want/need to use the "Azure Active Directory Terms of Use Feature" to show some legal disclaimer for users who access our SharePoint Sites.

The Problem is: Not every site has the same diclaimer. But I do not see any possibility to define a policy on site level. That is a real problem for us.

Is there any change planned or possibilty I do not know so far?

  17. Make privacy notice customizable and optional

We are already using the Azure AD Conditional Access option "Terms of Use" for external B2B accounts (and are happy about the preview option to have a CA for all B2B users, so we can apply it to them). But now users get both this privacy notice with a standard text and the terms of use.
Also, there seems to be no option to customise the privacy notice, which is awkward for a lot of our customers who deployed with terms of use for GDPR and other compliance requirements.
I think it should be both customisable and for AAD P1…

  18. Set an expiration time for AAD conditional access terms of service

Allow for an administrator to set an expiration on the new 'terms of use' in AAD conditional access. For example, a company could set a policy that requires an end-user to accept the terms of use every 12 months. The system should automatically prompt the user when the specified time frame has passed, or block access if they do not agree again after the expiration..

planned  ·  Azure AD Team responded

    Hi,
This is a scenario that we want to support in the future. No date as of now, but definitely something we are planning to enable.

    Thanks,
    Joe

  19. Enterprise application level Terms and Conditions AzureAD

Would it be possible to add the ability to set custom terms and conditions in Azure AD for the different enterprise applications.
