  1. Have a way to Block Search Engines from finding ADFS Identity sources (IDP) Signon Page

Have a way to block ADFS IDP Sign-on /adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx from listing on search engine site, thus anyone can access the IDP site if they search for a Companies SSO Site

  2. Azure AD Identity Protection - Risk events Sign-ins from unfamiliar locations Report Sort

In Azure AD Identity Protection - Risk events Sign-ins from unfamiliar locations it would be great if there was the ability to sort, on screen, on the various columns, especially "Sign-in time".

  3. Target Keep Me Signed In (KMSI) using Conditonal Access

It would be nice to target KMSI to certain circumstances rather than all or none using Conditional Access. For example, if the device is compliant or hybrid joined, offer KMSI. Or offer KMSI for a low-risk third-party web app. Or never offer it for elevated Azure/M365 roles.

Considering it is not offered until after a user auths, I think this should be possible?

  4. Gradual roll out of Passwordless phone sign-in with the Microsoft Authenticator app

It would be nice if we could selectively roll out the password less authentication with AAD, as we might not want to allow all users to have this feature at first and for testing.

  6. Disable "Stay signed in" for Administrative roles

While it is possible to disable the "Stay signed in" for everyone in the organisation, I'd like to disable this option just for people with administrative permissions.

I don't think it is suitable that a global admin can stay signed in for about two weeks without any MFA or Password-Prompt.

  7. Your Authentication Stinks

It does not work when you have to use a work cell phone and a personal cell phone depending on what you are doing. You assume that a person only uses one cell phone. Your assumption is wrong.

  8. sql

Support AD Logins for Azure SQL Servers not just Databases. Logins to the servers only support SQL Authentication.

Result from a recent support ticket: "Currently there is no direct procedure to set up an AD Group as an Azure SQL User that only has rights on a geo-replicated read-only secondary but not the primary. " On-prem, this is relatively simple. A Login is needed so the role granted to it does not replicate to the secondary.

To do what we need would involve managing SQL Auth for about two users in each of 150 countries, each with its own geo-replicated…

  11. Remain Signed In

Please Please Please make it possible to "remain signed in" again. It is absolute drudgery not being able to use Windows Explorer.

  12. Stop making me have to sign in twice a day - and yes I DO tick the box that says 'keep me signed in'. I'm sick to death of this.

Stop making us sign in at least twice a day and stop signing us out by yourself. Sick to death of the new having to sign in all the time, and yes I DO tick the box saying 'keep me signed in'. Used to be fine, could have my email open all the time if I wanted. Now it just drives me mad. Especially when I click on my email and am told to wait while YOU SIGN ME OUT!! Just fix it.

  13. Microsoft authenticator app choose which device maintains backup.

I would like to be able to either choose which device maintains the backup as currently when you install the app on a new device upon completing restore it will backup that device thus overwriting the original backup.

  16. Allow admins to force the App password to expire after certain number of days

Currently, the Apps passwords for non web based apps, has no limitation of lifetime. We feel potentially unsafe, in case if that device compromised they can use this credentials. So we require an option to be implemented that should allow and Admins to force the Apps passwords should get expired after certain number of days.

  18. Allow Pass Phrases

Why are we limited to using 16 character passwords, and passwords without spaces in them? This makes it so the best passwords, pass phrases, aren't available in Office 365 accounts (as well as Outlook.com accounts, etc). I use 40+ character passwords that would take centuries to hack, but I can't use them in Office 365. Please fix this - if it's an application limitation, fix that application, but allow pass phrases across all of Office 365.

  19. Support for non-Microsoft Authenticator

We have implemented a full Office 365 solution but are finding the lack of authenticator support very disappointing.

We have for a long time been using Google's authenticator as well as Authy. Being forced to use your Authenticator is quite annoying and there needs to be an option to use 3rd party authenticators since your app simply is not up to code compared to other products out there.

  20. Logout from Authenticator App

Usually I use Microsoft Authenticator app for signing into my Outlook account (so NO password required).
It would be great if we can logout from Authenticator app itself. So its like we can login phone and logout from the phone itself. It gives a user better control.
