  1. Provide better user experience: Guided tour and better guidance

    Provide a better end user experience with guided tour of the portal.

    Beside the fact the users really need a guided tour of the experience. We would also like to some kind of text on the “Security Information page” for users that have previously enrolled. It would be nice with a easy / simple to message that the user is all set, if they have 1-2 fully verified methods of authentications already (You Are All Set – Everything looks GOOD. Go to Office 365). With an optional link for Office 365 and/or MyApps.

  3. Possibility to sync secret question

    It would be nice if there comes the ability to sync the secret questions including the per user answers from the on-premises MFA to and from the SSPR in Azure AD.

    Thank you for your feedback! We are working on capabilities that allow you to set a user’s methods (such as security questions) in Azure AD programatically. This could be used to accomplish the scenario you described. Does that meet your requirements?

  4. Send alert to users to reverify their secondary authentication options.

    Currently, users don't know that their secondary authentication methods are expiring. An alerts needs to be generated to these users before the methods expire and need to be verified by the user again.

    Thank you for your feedback. A couple of questions:

    1. Can you clarify what you mean by authentication methods that expire? Azure AD doesn’t currently have that functionality.
    2. You can make users review their registered methods on a regular basis using the control that is in the Registration section of the Password reset section in the Azure AD portal.

  5. Need to strip out the special characters when answering SSPR questions

    Like FIM, it would be nice if SSPR stripped out the spaces (in the answers) and the special characters so that users are not challenged remembering the exact answer, such as hyphens or apostrophes on answers.
