Add AV1 video coder support
Is it possible in a future release to support AV1 encoding instead of H.264? I know the software and hardware encoder isn't really out for consumers yet but it does show promise of better data compression compared to H.264 and is royalty-free compared to H.265.

I also would love AV1 encoding support for streaming on demand content for some of our clients.
