allow VTT(subtitles/sprites etc) through (encrypted) Dynamic Packager Locators
if .VTT and Sprite.JPG files are put in the same directory as content; an un-encrypted locator will pass them through simply by replacing the manifest.ism file with the chosen URI. BUT. As soon as you apply encryption to that Locator that functionality appears to cease. Meaning you have to choose between 'encryption' / 'accessibility' or 'complexity' ... it would be great if encrypted locators behaved the same as un-encrypted from a subtitle and scroll sprite perspective. (unless I'm just doing it wrong :) )

Support HLSv6 protocol to ensure new tag support by Player App
Some of new tag like #EXT-X-START enable to customize player app more flexibility. HLS v6 support by streaming system help it.

Support for on-demand 360' video streaming. Today YouTube, Facebook, Vrideo, and others support the simple upload/playback of content
Today all the major video services support the simple upload, processing, and playback delivery (via web as well as Virtual devices ) of 360' video. We still do not have this and we have gotten requests to deliver and demonstrate to customers

PlayList implementation
In addition to Asset abstraction add PlayList.
- Create playlist from sets of Assets.
- Manage playlist (remove/add/change IN and OUT play points for asset)

Provide a mechanism for setting the HLS Segment size on VOD
Currently Azure live video provides a mechanism to set the HLS segment size to something other than the default Apple recommendation of 10 seconds. Providing a similar mechanism for VOD is important for fine grain video extraction and camera angle switching. When each request for video requires a full 10 seconds of video to be downloaded, it makes it very difficult to leverage some of the more advanced functionality of HLS.
