Backup failing due to shared violation error for platform generated files
We have total around 148 web apps in our account. Backups of all the webapps are configured. But we are facing issue in one of the webapps hosting 12 webjobs in it. The issue is with backups succeeding partially and giving error "Sharing Violation" for the file "\data\jobs\continuous\WebJobs-Payroll\status_272984". This is file is not part of my site\wwwroot.
This issue is happening with only one of the webapps, for rest of the web apps, this is working very fine. So, I am expecting same behavior for this web app as well because the issue is not due to my published code. The issue is due to the file that is being created by the platform for their internal management only.
Upon opening support ticket #120050423001203, I got to know that this error can be either ignored or issue can be resolved using backup filter to exclude this file. This is just a workaround because the behavior should be uniform for every web apps. Moreover, this similar file is present in all the other web apps as well but their backup is completing successfully.
I believe this is a bug and needs to be resolved but the support team is not ready to accept this as a bug and saying that this is how platform works.

Quite strange: The issue resolved automatically after this has been communicated to them that this is something from their end and not from our end. Moreover, we haven't done any changes on our side and the issue is resolved automatically. Also, we haven't received any update on this from Microsoft Azure support team from last 8 days. Seems something is being cooked in the background and they just don't want the heat come out of it. Really worried about this experience.
