Improve Python offerings and eliminate reoccurring issues on Python
The Python offerings has so many issues and I feel it is the most neglected Language on Azure. I have encountered really silly issues on Python extensions which can increase the development time on such apps thus decreasing productivity. Please improve on the same as this is one of the most important languages and Azure limits the way it can be used which can cause many potential people moving away from Azure due to its limitations.
As a product, App Service is no longer investing in Python on Windows. However, as mentioned, we do have full support for Python in Web App for Containers, hosted on Linux.

It is not just increasing support but also taking care of things when you deploy them in production for live customers. A very small but a big effect example... there was a change in the folder name of Python 3.5 extension which was never notified to the existing users. Although it seems a small change but it has big impact. All the customer using this extension had to manually change the folder name in their deployed apps. Which was after being able to troubleshoot the cause of the issue. This was due to sheer negligence and took a lot of time to troubleshoot by the users where it wasn't any change or fault at their end.
Also, using any language stack is the user's preference and when you say that you can choose other stack apart from Python, you mean that you don't intend to improve the language stack in the near future so either we switch your language to some other or choose some other cloud maybe. This is really unexpected of the company claiming to be the best Cloud platform.
