SSH for Azure App Services for Linux

Support SSH access under the application user with access to the app $HOME directory.

This would help with troubleshooting, as well as interesting deployment scenarios like Mina or Capistrano.

for a real production system, having Ops/Support to trouble shoot apps, it going to be harder to use browser based limited ssh terminal. it's nightmare when trying to resolve a critical issue on the production system. accessing logfile created under for e.g. /home/LogFiles, having trouble copying via ftp. as it complain they are in use.

I think this problem isn't closed.
I still get an error like "EHOSTUNREACH 172.19.0.2:2222" when I access the page.
