Support running Windows Server Container on App Service
Currently, App Service support Docker Container on App Service on Linux.
I'd like to support running Windows Server Container on App Service like as that.
Hi, we announced a public preview of Windows Container support this morning – https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-the-public-preview-of-windows-container-support-in-azure-app-service/.

will this feature be generally available (GA) in 2019 Q3/Q4?
We are nearing public preview. The team is hard at work to get the feature set and stability needed for a fully preview product. Expect an announcement in the near future.

Any update on the availability of the public preview?

Deploying to Windows-based Web Apps is not as smooth as Linux containers
* On Linux containers, you can bring Apache or anything, but on Windows, it's IIS without GUI
* On Linux containers, you can play with your sandbox locally. On Windows, it's difficult to do the same. When deployment failed, it's far more difficult to diagnose than on Linux containers
* On Linux containers, you can have multiple services running behind few TCP ports, but you can't do the same on Windows because of Kernel32 lockdown
