Top level domain wildcard for websites
Allow one of the websites in an app service to bind and process all traffic, regardless of domain, to port 80. This is just like the the default website in a standard IIS installation that allows all traffic.
I realize there is a mechanism to do this for subdomains (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/azure-websites-and-wildcard-domains/) but rather than creating and verifying each domain (which can be a huge burden on our customers) I'd like to simply point one to the webapp and allow our code to handle the domain.
We can do this in a cloudapp now but prefer the provisioning and deployment capabilities of web apps.
This is design restriction since frontend for web apps is multitenant and shared infrastructure
