Run control commands during ARM template invocation

Create / Alter tables in ARM Templates.This would be useful, among other scenarios, to leverage the current data-connection ARM template which requires an existing table.

This is now fully supported with the ability to run a KQL script containing control commands to allow creation of tables, mappings and functions as part of the ARM template execution. Check out : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-explorer/database-script
