Alerts based on Queue Size

I would like to be able to setup an alert and monitor a Cloud Service based on Queue size. So if a queue has more than 10,000 items for 15 minutes send alert.

Diagnostic Logs and Settings

Adding reports, like SLA/Uptime reports for Virtual Machines, Availability Sets, and Traffic Managers

Clients like to see reports that show that SLAs are being met or the Uptime of a Virtual Machine, Availability Set and/or Traffic Manager. Could Azure provide reports that could be generated from the data they are already collecting and presenting on the graphs?

Collect IIS Advanced logs

Allow the collection and addition of custom fields using advanced logging or custom IIS modules. Example is to add x-forwarded-for to IIS logs in W3WC format.

This feature request is still under review and team is actively prioritizing with existing backlog. Will keep the thread updated as we move forward.

Rename workspace

Ability to rename workspace should appear in new Azure portal after migration will be done.

The platform currently relies on the uniqueness of workspaces names. The effort required to support workspace rename can�t fit in current semester due to higher priority items unfortunately, but we will consider it for the next semester.

Allow renaming of alerts

I should be able to rename my alerts. It is beyond belief to me that the name is immutable. I have to hope my colleagues chose exactly the right name as they create an alert, matching the pattern set for other alerts. Seriously, the name of ANYTHING should be easily editable as noone ever gets names correctly the first time.

It would be great to see raw body request on analytics. Good for monitoring restful api calls (for example json payloads)

Use Windows Event Forwarding (WEF) to send events to OpInsights

Would it be cool if you could configure Windows Server WEF (Windows Event Forwarding - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc748890.aspx ) to send to Advisor for Log Management scenario, without using the SCOM agent ?Alternatively, if one already has a forwarder/collector (WEF/WEC) architecture in place, could it be possible to use just one SCOM agent/gateway to pull the 'forwarded' logs stored on that collector from that single box to the cloud.

APIM Load Balancer Metrics to View SNAT Metrics Status so I Proactive Know When To Scale

My enterprise was on the phone for the last week with Microsoft support staff trying to troubleshoot a 500 Unable to connect to remote server issue.The result was the SNAT was maxed out on our APIM instance. Having metrics would allow us to proactively scale it.

Collect Azure Web Apps IIS Logs and Application Logs

OMS can collect IIS logs for web roles. Extend this capability to Azure Web Apps IIS logs as well as Azure Web Apps application logs

Thanks everyone for suggesting this new feature. I am from the Azure Monitor team and responsible for collecting IIS logs. I will be talking to the Azure Apps team to see if we can get their IIS logs added to the items that we ingest.
